Some of you may know how Dustin and I met but most of you probably don't know the entire story. We initially starting chatting online followed by nights of long phone conversations. We learned our college alma maters were in the same athletic conference. I went to Capital University and Dustin went to Ohio Northern University. After talking for about a month or so, Dustin asked to meet me in person. Finally, I agreed to meet him at Fricker's (at that time, my second home) on August 20, 2009, but not before I called my friends to make sure they would be there as well. It wasn't until probably 2 years later Dustin found out that the majority of the people at Fricker's that night were there to make sure I was in good hands. Obviously, our first date was a success as were all the ones to follow. After just 3 months of dating, I knew Dustin was the ONE!!! We were at Siesta Key Beach when I said those 3 little words; I love you, for the first time ever to a guy! Well it was more like "I think I love you". And he responded "I know I love you". On August 7, 2012, almost 3 years after our first date, Dustin took me back to Siesta Key and asked me to be his wife! And of course, I said YES!! :)
